Great gear, but clunky website. It was time for more than just a polish. Redesigning the Rhino Rack website that puts the customer experience first.
Rhino Rack’s customers were getting increasingly frustrated with their online experience. A dated website with a bumpy user experience, visitors were finding it hard to locate the products they were after and going looking for them elsewhere. Rhino Rack approached us to turn it into something they – and their customers – would love.

The Challenge
Design a new website that outdoors explorers can navigate without crashing! Our task was to turn the current user experience into something a whole lot more enjoyable than the current model and introduce the new search feature: ‘Fit My Vehicle’.
The Strategy
Putting our Customer Hat on, we worked out what visitors to the site actually wanted – and were struggling with. Quite simply, they wanted to find the right product for their car, quickly and easily. ‘Fit My Vehicle’ was on course to be a big hit – and the star of the site.
The Solution
We designed a new website that put the customer in the driving seat. ‘Fit My Vehicle’ is a simple, intuitive search tool that serves up exactly what the customer needs, creating a rewarding, time-saving customer journey and ultimately, buying experience. Plus it’s a great data capture device for future cross-sell opportunities. Win-win? We think so.
